We often get up early or wish to start our day early and set up a tone for the day is important to live each moment well that we have been blessed with. It is only our attitude that we live with and carry with ourselves. So why not work on it since early morning!

So, let’s take a look at these 8 simple habits to start your day and boost your positive self:
1.    Create a Morning Routine: It has been seen that people who make their bed or brush their teeth early in the morning, often feel happier. Ask why? It just makes you feel stronger as you have things planned and organised. So create a routine that works for you.
2.    Celebrate the small: We often celebrate only big changes in our lives, like completing graduation, first job, marriage or an anniversary. But, these require you to wait for long. So start celebrating more like celebrate your first blog, your new day, and smile at someone unknown, just feel creative about your day.
3.    Shift your brain cells nature by giving it positive feedback: Improve the quality of your self-talk, it actually works. It improves the nature and the quality of your brain cells. As the quality of thought, so is the quality of the matter.
4.    Be open or Be Present (Zen at work): We only live in the present moment; there is just a change of perceived reality. Just learn to be present and be receptive to your highest good by staying present and feeling pleasant.
5.    Be Proactive: Keep the power of emotions under your control, be strong and stand still, just like a yogi. No matter, what the circumstances, just choose to feel pleasant, let you decide how you want to experience the present moment and not anybody else.
6.    Create a purpose: Find a reason to focus on; what is the purpose of this life? What is it you want to experience in this life? It will give you the inner strength to move through the various circumstances and feel calm and centered. As, this life is one of the many lives as said by Dr. Wayne Dyer.
7.    Focus on the Good: Whatever you focus on increases, if you focus on the good, it will increase. So choose to focus on the positives in the present moment.
8.    Be Grateful: If you are breathing, just be thankful for the breath, as it is the most important thing. This is the only difference between life and death. So why complain? That glass of water, the cup of tea, morning breakfast, today’s lunch, that happy dinner are all good enough to keep you going.
