connect with your inner strength

It has been a long journey on the path of yoga. Every day is like a new self-born or emerging from the remains of the old. Our bodies are like the old storeroom for memories. Once something happened and a memory is created in our body.  The memory stays there forever till it is washed by some other event of same intensity or similar frequency. The frequencies do not differentiate with time, the best part is with time although the wounds may get healed but the pain does not get dissolved.
It is because of the pain that we live life and create a hell out of it. From time and again we keep on creating the same pattern. The same way our parents respond to us, the same way we respond back to life, so life becomes a repercussion of thoughts. The thoughts can be programmed and changed, but let go of the emotion associated with it is very important.
The pain cannot be dissolved without removing the memory of the underlying emotion. The emotion which is the root cause of all creation in our lives can only come to the surface if we allow it to flow freely under freedom.
The biggest conflict is about freedom from the mental and physical bondage that we carry with us every day. The more you love and allow people to get close to you, the more they can try to take you for a ride.
So best is to love people without expectations and then live a life free of such emotions. Connecting with your inner strength is most important, especially if you have come out of the adverse circumstances. Yes, with some people life has been tougher and the concept of comparison makes it even more difficult to live.
The best thing about being a victim or surrendering to victimhood is that it takes a lot of effort to gain back your strength. The strength is equal to the body heat that keeps you flowing with life. The heat is a very important element after losing it only you realize the importance of it.
Just do everything to connect with your inner strength.
