Loving without logic

Love the domain of emotion which cannot be explained in words. Its only felt and is often felt so deeply that you do not care about the outcomes. But application of common sense has become important in the present scenarios.
That voice over the phone which you cant recognize, that hazy image of perfection created in your mind. That effortless flow of pure love which does not demand or wish to have sex, is what here today is being discussed.
The wide difference comes between love and love making. That voice over phone has been heard plenty of times, but never was the point of selfless love found. There are plenty of relationships between man and woman. Someone shows a lot of respect towards you, is also love. Sometimes you teach people behaviour is also love. Love is everywhere.
We all fall in love irrespective of age, the pure love which is beautiful like a morning sun on a general morning. A gust of wind never felt so good before but when in love you start feeling so!
Who has understood love with logic!! This voice that has been heard plenty of times, was found caring and good, without realization or application of brain. The swift moment from general conversation slipped its side or tried too , when logic enter or you can say consciousness grew.
This can be a long term relationship or a short term commitment or may be unexpressed love, simply. The pure love just multiplies with time, it doesn’t need the approval of other person to be in it. It is just live a flowing river, it stays in the heart. It is not dependent on judgements it just stays. It is just here, in and now!! Right now!! And its not right by logic.
The love of Radha and Krishna can now be understood or that of Krishna with gopis. There was just simple association, nothing else and it was the most beautiful relationship.
Let there be abundance of pure and joyful love.!!

Law of Karma

Nature is so perfect that we cannot deny the fact that "whatever you give out, you get back". This incident took place last year:
I was standing on the road and was waiting eagerly for an auto, as I was getting late for a class. I was standing or walking around the same corner when suddenly one of my brother's friend, Saksham came around, I said "Hi!! Bhaiya", and I it was just a greeting to any known person you do, and I thought he will be moving across the road, he was in a car at that time. And those were office hours.
But, to my amazement, he stopped and asked me where do I have to go? I said to Mayur Vihar phase-1.
He asked me to hop in, as he said he will drop me to my place. I said, "thanks, bhaiya" that's really kind of you, but you can go, else you will be getting late for the office". he said he has left early today from home, just to be easy and relaxed as it was a cloudy day and cool breeze was there.
on the way, he gave some good advises to improve my career, but I hardly remember that, as I was happy that I got a comfortable ride.
That day I blessed him from all my heart. I came back home and told this incident to my brother, he was okay with it, but I was happy as nature helped me that day. I also wished, if I could reciprocate it somehow, I would be happy. But nothing happened. I used to remember this incident and used to feel grateful to nature and him.

Last week, it was a Sunday morning and I was walking in the park. The park was beautiful and the breeze was cool. I have been teaching free yoga classes since last two year according to the instructions given by Ministry of Ayush, in order to celebrate International Yoga Day!
So plenty of people know me by face, because of the work.
I was walking and an uncle came and asked me "excuse me, madam, I have severe back pain, I have seen you teaching yoga, can you please guide me with what to do". He added, he had been doing plenty of things to heal his back pain. But nothing helped him, that much.
So, I said "okay uncle", it would be best to do shalabasana, bhujangasana, kandarasana, ardhachandrasana, and a few more. But most important thing I asked him to relax.  and then after a small training, I said bye. A few minutes later, I thought that maybe he is wearing the wrong shoe, so I must ask him to change the shoe. I asked him to show me the shoe, and they were  puma walking shoes, which are very good.
So, I told him to check and buy a good mattress, a 32 density foam mattress will help him, he said he has it, but also asked me to visit his home and check if they are good. To make me feel comfortable he said if I wish only then to visit, else no need. I thought, okay no issues.
I said I may ask him to come for the class and its good to share knowledge, so I went. Their aunt was waiting for uncle. When I entered she recognized me as the yoga teacher, I was happy to find that people know me for my work. As we moved forward to check the mattress, aunty discussed her son's friend, who visits them and his mother is a principal and sister is a yoga teacher.
This was my description, I thought. But, I had never seen those people before. They said their son, is in the next room, I said okay, maybe someone, the moment I peeped into his room, i was amazed to see saksham bhaiya. I was just happier. I was awed by nature's ability to balance. I taught both uncle and aunty some asanas to overcome back pain and cervical pain. I did the session with more peace and then I returned.
That day! I feel more in love with the law of karma, which one serves, and now my faith has shifted more into the same.

10 best ways to avoid heart attack

It has become a common phenomenon now, to hear that people are suffering from heart attack and losing their heart. So, what is it that makes you lose the heart?
Doctors say cholesterol, weight, b.p., wrong food, etc.
IF you look deeply! you will find that our food urges are dependent on the quality of our emotion. Our emotions expressed or unexpressed govern our bodies. if you are going through some bitter experience in life you would like to go for something bitter, the pungent experience will make you feel like eating something pungent or bend towards something pungent, the sweet experience will make you feel like serving and sharing something sweet, and on goes this cycle,
Now, when we do something like this, it may be seen that we are living and serving the emotion. If one is serving the emotion, he/she is also flowing with it. All this adds up to the already existing emotional response in the body and putting its effect on the heart. As the heart is the circulatory machine of the system. So, you may think what to do to express it in a positive way. Learning to release the emotion in a positive way can make all the difference. Some easy techniques to  express emotion or save your heart are as follows:
1. Express it only to one or two people, don't show your pain to the world: Expressing pain on FB or watspp will not help you in dealing with it. It will exist the same way it used to be. Even you are multiplying the effects of the pain by talking more about it. By repetition of words or emotions which appear painful, you are pushing yourself in the zone of self-pity.
2. Drink green juices: Drink juices of cucumber, white gourd or any green fruit or vegetable to restore balance to the heart chakra. Green is the color of the chakra which brings balance to the pranic system of the body.
3. Listen to subliminal music to release stress: These kinds of music are a piece of healing music designed by psychologists or sound therapists, the messages are converted into the tunes so that words do not enhance your pain.
4. Maintain silence to heal: When words do not heal, practice silence. In the case of intense pain just sleep, eat and sleep. Sleep has amazing benefits in fighting pain.
5. Sleep for longer hours: These days 6-8 hours of sleep is recommended as the only way to dissolve physiological effects of pain is in the sleeping state. Sleep more, so that your inner healing power is restored to health.
6. Listen to a good lecture: Youtube is filled with stuff on healing and self-help, you are your own best friend, just listen, nature brings the best to you effortlessly.
7. Take a walk: A small walk or a long walk in a beautiful park, especially in early morning or late evening can bring a lot of healing. Walk in nature ensure the release of healthy stress busting hormones.
8. Stand with your arms wide open and breathe!
9. Contemplate on being nothing: The material word has made everything material for us, even our emotions are material, as the world is selling the emotion of sadness or grief, we think it's good to show our pain also, the world must see the drama of my life.
10. Create new belief system: You have hypnotized yourself to be in pain, you hypnotized yourself in grief, so you can hypnotize yourself to happiness.

Re patterning of thoughts

Today! If you see the entire world exists live because we resonate with a particular thought of life. The planet resonates with a thought of supporting life. All organisms living resonate with the energy of liveliness.
Now! You may think why I am using the word resonate so much? What benefit has resonance has with life? Well, today just for now few minutes !! Just read the following words deeply and with feeling:

                                   RREELLAAXX
                             RRREEELLLAAAAXXX
RELAX –RELAX-RELAX-RELAX-RELAX-RELAX-RELAX-RELAX-RELAX
 R-E-L-A-X !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now take a deep breath and see how a particular word “relax” has so much impact on your mind! So your body! So is the process of life!
Our bodies resonate with words, with thoughts with beliefs and with belief systems. Rarely can you find the word STRESS relaxing? Every word has some energy associated with it. Just try to fee how many times repletion of wrong words have made you loose your heath. Like "I don’t want to get insulin done"!! And we go into the mode of speaking and our body cells start resonating with the disease. Slowly all the cells change and your body’s belief system of health is changed to illness and your start seeing the help of the doctors or health practitioners to make you shift in your body’s health.
This makes all the difference in the body’s physiology. But, never can healing take place in the body without the support of the mind. To restore healing or health to the body! You must bring the same in the thought process of the body.
But how do you know that the new thought process is created or not? Well if the new thought process is created successfully by the doctor then why are you ill?
Illness can only be healed if we successfully create a new belief system of wellness. Some people who understand the power of words know and can relate that by creating positive affirmations we can bring a major shift in our lives. PCOD a disease of the thought !!

PCOS (Poly Cystic
Ovarian Syndrome) or PCOD (Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease) is the most common dis- ease found in women these days. The issue is well known to all the people around the world especially women.
A delay in periods or painful periods assisted with over bleeding or little bleeding often makes one think that something is wrong. Production of excessive male hormone androgen in the body leads to this imbalance on the small scale and then it explodes to higher levels. The hormones misbalance in trace quantities can create a chain reaction in the body. Thus one disturbed hormone starts disturbing the whole system.
Now, there is no evidence found for the creation of PCOS in the physical science but spiritual science has the answer. Sit down and relax!! Keep your logic aside for few minutes and try to feel the words written!! Maybe you would be able to relate to the answer!
This is a man’s world, we live in a male-dominated society. No one every said that it’s okay to be a female. At home, as baby girls, we are asked to serve and listen to people around. Because you are a female you must adhere to the social norms more.
And because it is a man’s world every woman must always be careful because you are a woman. Now, when all this is fed into the brain of a being born eternally beautiful and complete, how can the baby find herself acceptable. Then with this mindset you reach puberty, the cycle of bleeding starts comes and goes in every 28/30/35/40 days and you have to keep a check on that.
The thing analyzed by the subconscious mind is that it would have been better if I would have been a man! As it is easy for men to live in a society! Although it is not true!
 But today when we look on TV, radios, etc. we find that women is a doll image and must be looking good to lure a man! Sexy and seductive!
So, the above is a conflicting thought process. I know I am a female, I know I am weak then a man, I have to conform to society standards, I have to make money and take care of the house! But I wish to be a male. It would be better. Or I wish that at least I was free like a male!
So, now comes the role of thought in your body. In my mind I think that I have a role play of a male, our bodies have both male and female hormones, so when thoughts are resonating with male hood and body is a female body, so we are creating a conflict in the body. A confused cell will produce a confused emotion, so a confused reproductive system.
So, let’s try to reverse the thought process and think that “I am able to play the role of a female, accepting my feminity and live easily expressing myself as a female”. Try to resonate with the thought. Repeat it several times a day and see the difference.
You are already beautiful; you do not have to conform to any standards. There is no need to belittle yourself for an assumption.
We hypnotized ourselves into the state of disease and we can hypnotize ourselves in the state of wellness

Conscious parenting

The age does not define the level of maturity an individual has. People of all age groups can be parents, of course not the one freshly born. They are too young so cannot be, not possible.
When you search google two responses come out when you are looking for the definition of parent, one is "a person's father or mother" and the other is "be or act as a mother or father to (someone)". 
So, today we are discussing the first definition, the one where the person acts like a parent irrespective of the age. 
Parenting someone is a conscious activity.  An activity, which requires focus, composed behavior and understanding of other individuals needs. The job does not end with the delivery of childbirth. Generally, we see parents give birth to children, lead children and believe that they are just their extended bodies. So, every instruction they were given, must be respected by the children. The issue remains the same from the birth of a child until the death of the parent. 
Earlier people did not understand much about the development of consciousness. The sooner they could understand the development of consciousness the better it would have been for all the society. 
Reproducing someone cannot make one a parent, taking care of their emotions is equally important. These days we see unsettled people becoming parents, they are not able to take care of their emotions, so how can they take care of another person. 
Placing blame is often the best way to delay the solution, so we see parents blaming each other or the child as the reason for unrest in life.  The unrest is because of lack of awareness. It has nothing to do with the behavior of the child. 
So, before becoming a parent, become conscious. The most important thing in life. 


Understanding limitations

There have been plenty of moments in life, where you do not understand "what is limiting me? "
In an approval based society, parents limit children, children limit parents, husband limit wife, wife limits husband, family limits individual, individual limits family, etc. The cycle goes on endlessly.
Never have I been able to find what limits me?
In a battle between the brain and the heart one finds either heart winning or brain, what you choose is randomized not well supported in a very common way.
In India, which is a very spiritual country you hardly find people who have realized and met the divinity within. Our creations are often limited by the viewpoints of other or simply sometimes money. In one of the recent lectures by Satguru, it was discussed how we make a human into an earning device.
The machine-like quality which is sewn into every being born in this world. The context of emotional independence and thought freedom is often limited by ways of social functions.
The practice of living alone in young days in old India had its root in the emotional freedom and in cultivating the freedom of thought.
The most powerful tool which keeps you free and bounded is not explored or master. The concept of aging is very limited and cultivates to make you believe in helplessness and weakness. The concepts are superficial, they were before as they are now.
Now again, what is a limit, its condition of mind or a reality? Born, educated, job, reproducing and death are all the physical realities which are taught to us. Thinking out of the box is never taught to us.
Every generation has limitless minds, the place of intellect is used to understand what is wrong and what is right.
The thoughts of limit are incomplete. They are just thoughts, no significance. Although, the limitations on partners is respected as leading your body to someone may spoil your energies. Apart from that,
the limitations on a successful career cannot be accepted. It has been false and must not be entertained.

ZERO

Empty spaces! 

Have you ever seen, heard or felt "ZERO"?

you may be thinking what a futile question I have written. But it is true! When you feel so many things like love, rage anger, greed, hatred, misunderstood, etc. you can also feel ZERO.

ZERO is not a word or just a numeric figure. It has a lot of meaning to it. It has become a common term. A term with no real existence.
What is depression?
A scientific or layman definition makes us feel that there is void in us, it has to be filled. But how to fill it? How?
People often look for people to fill the void. But if you understand deeply, you find that Zero and Void are the same things. The void is empty. Zero is also empty.  So what are you trying to fill?
People say depression is a very bad thing? When it is not a thing how can it be filled?
You cannot fill a zero, nor you can fill the depression. An empty space that cannot be filled must be managed.
A stage of management that involves managing emotions, self and body are
known as depression.
