While I was growing up, I saw many people around fighting, for issues of petty concerns given grave importance. The mind is an untamed servant, and thanks to our falling to the lower qualities of human behavior, we end up becoming the slave of ego, which is good to a certain extent and not beyond. The reason, if you are governed by one of the slaves who is supposed to work for you, you actually lose whatever you have gained from other slaves.
A human life is more like a business trip, here we come and exchange energies for things sometimes material and sometimes not, but we are only in exchange. sometimes, in the process of exchange, we end up losing ourselves or our minds, on things perceived ours.
It was very recently when I encountered that, most of my conversations are soft and because I learned that things can be solved without a fight, I tried to develop an attitude where I do not end up hurting someone's ego. Once you are hurt on the ego level, it is rare to get that thing corrected, no matter how much you try, it will remain there like a scar.
I see husbands-wives fighting or in a heated argument over small things like food supplies, where one may demand a small portion or other may or may not give. It is a context, which we live, but this is never understood. Who to lean down in this situation is difficult to be said, but the only thing I gained is by fighting you just lose the balance, which is your inherent quality.
Most fights about character are based on suppositions, may peace be the dominant trait. In India, I saw people fighting over the issue of sex, a lot, which is actually only an illusion created and lived for sometimes and not for a very long duration.
Husband and wives sometimes actually cheat and sometimes not, by crossing their limits, because they are trying to seek pleasure from someone outside. Seeking pleasure is not a wrong thing, no scripture refrains you from that but making a mountain out of a molehill is what creates trouble.
The supposition that instead of going to office your mate is cheating on you, creates trouble. very, few people do that, those who do are generally the ones, who do not have knowledge of anything beyond. So they end up falling and failing to the lower chakras.
